Think Pink Europe is thrilled to announce the Race For The Cure 2024, marking the 25th anniversary of this monumental event in Europe. The kick-off took place in Rome with an unprecedented 150,000 participants, making it the largest Race For The Cure ever. This event not only celebrated a quarter-century of strides in breast cancer awareness and fundraising but also highlighted the incredible solidarity of participants from across Europe​​.

The Race For The Cure has a storied history, beginning in the USA, and later in Europe with S.G. Komen Italia, evolving into a continent-wide initiative under the Think Pink Europe umbrella. Over the years, the event has grown exponentially, uniting survivors, families, friends, and supporters in a common cause: the fight against breast cancer​​.

In 2023, Race For The Cure achieved remarkable success, raising €1 million for breast cancer projects across 25 countries. This significant accomplishment underscores the collective dedication and generosity of participants and sponsors, who have continuously supported vital breast cancer research, patient support programs, and community outreach efforts​​.
